At Groviio, we are committed to offering industry-relevant training, placement support, and
business development services that are structured, result-oriented, and value-driven. We work
hard to ensure every learner and client receives high-quality content, mentorship, and services.
To maintain operational clarity and fairness to all our users, we’ve outlined a detailed
cancellation and refund policy below.
1. No Refund Policy (Standard Clause)
Once you have enrolled in a course, program, or service Groviio offers— free or paid
—we do
not offer refunds under standard conditions. This includes payments made for:
● Online or offline training programs
● Mentorship sessions
● Placement services
● Consulting services
● Subscription-based or one-time service packages
This no-refund policy is designed to maintain the integrity and seriousness of our services and
to ensure fairness to all parties involved.
2. Exceptional Circumstances (Management Approval
Required)
While Groviio follows a strict no-refund policy, we understand that
unforeseen and exceptional
circumstances may arise. In such rare and genuine cases, Groviio
may consider a refund
only
upon written approval by senior management.
Refunds under exceptional situations may be considered
only if:
● A
duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue (e.g., accidental double
charges)
● A user faces a
critical medical emergency or personal tragedy (documented proof
required)
Please note:
All decisions regarding refunds under exceptional cases are made solely at
the discretion of Groviio management, and the decision made will be final and binding.
3. How to Request an Exception
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please send a
formal written request to
our support team at:

Your request must include:
● Full name and registered email address
● Order or enrollment ID
● Clear explanation of the issue
● Any supporting documents (medical records, payment receipts, screenshots, etc.)
Once received, our team will review your request and respond within
7–10 business days.
4. Course Transfers or Substitutions
In some cases, Groviio may allow you to
transfer your enrollment to a different batch or
program, provided that:
● The request is made at least
7 days before the course start date
● A valid reason is provided
● The transfer is approved by Groviio management
Please note that course transfers are considered a
one-time courtesy and are
non-refundable.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By making a payment or enrolling in any Groviio service or course, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy
